Welcome!
For over 25 years the German-Mozambican Society has been building and supporting pre-schools, schools and vocational training centres — for children and young people who would otherwise have no chance.
The DMG primarily supports unemployed young people without adequate schooling and children from the poorest backgrounds with education and training. Each year more than 2,600 children and young people are taught in schools the DMG runs or supports.
Today this comprises eight pre-school kindergartens, five schools and three vocational training centres — with more under construction. The DMG is also a co-founder of the Medical Faculty of the Catholic University of Beira.
