Since 2021 the DMG has had a board of trustees
Committed supporters of the DMG have joined together to form an advisory board with the aim of supporting the DMG effectively and purposefully in both its strategic development and the implementation of selected projects in Mozambique.
The members of the DMG board of trustees are: Dr. Ulrich Liebe (Chairman), Philipp and Thomas Böhler, Michael Friedrich, Otto Kieninger, Andreas and Klaus Lingel, Michael Schaber and Hermann Stark.

The DMG board of trustees was on site again in 2026
During a return visit to Mozambique in May 2026, the delegation from Germany visited numerous DMG schools in a packed week. Under the leadership of Kuratorium chairman Dr. Ulrich Liebe, a group of DMG supporters (Otto Kieninger, Jürgen Feil and Kenia Gräf) visited the following projects from 30 April to 10 May 2026:

- Vocational school for hospitality and tourism in Vilankulo (groundbreaking)

- Grundschule Mudada in Chibuto
